My journey in construction started as a teenager, spending summers working for my family’s residential building company. After earning a degree in business and finance, I joined a local contracting firm and immersed myself in all aspects of the industry. These experiences inspired me to launch Hoffmier Construction with the mission of delivering innovative, high-quality building experiences to our local communities that stay on time and within budget.
