This client requested a new residential garage built from the ground up. Hoffmier Construction installed PEX tubing for in-floor radiant heat and poured and finished a concrete slab to achieve a smooth, burnished finish. Additionally, the team poured and broom finished the concrete apron. Versetta Stone Waynes Coat was installed around the front of the building. Finally, the team was responsible for installing all exterior metal siding, panels, fascia, soffit, trim, exterior lights, and garage doors.
