This project began with the demolition of the previous garage, concrete, and sidewalk. The team then installed a new Haunched Concrete slab and broom-finished sidewalk, along with a 16x24 broom-finished parking area. The new garage was constructed using cedar impression siding, and a new overhang was built to cover the sidewalk, finished with an Azek trim system and a tongue-and-groove pine ceiling. Custom pine column wraps with top and bottom cornices were constructed and installed to complete the project.
